The Role
You’ll manage a portfolio of private market funds, with exposure across:
- Investor onboarding and AML/KYC
- Applications, redemptions and transfers
- Distributions and capital calls
- Investor and unit-holder registry maintenance
- FATCA/CRS and compliance requirements
- Investor and fund manager communications
- Fund operations and capital activity
- Process improvement and automation

About You
You’ll have 2+ years' experience across registry, investor services, unit registry or fund administration.
You’ll be a strong communicator who is proactive, detail-focused, personable and comfortable taking ownership.
Experience across listed or unlisted funds will be considered. What's most important is strong registry experience and an interest in building your career within private markets.
