This role sits right at the engine room of our growth strategy. Working from our office in Milton, this can be either a full-time or part-time opportunity and it is part of our team to create operational clarity and ensure seamless connection across our sales, administration and executive support functions.

This role builds the operational discipline and customer momentum required to accelerate MyNu Energy's market footprint.

Key responsibilities

Act as the initial Tier 1 response contact for all incoming sales calls and enquiries, keeping prospective buyers engaged and seamlessly routing qualified leads to sales team members

Maintain accurate customer, lead, quote and booking records, update pipelines, manage reminders, and help produce and analyse activity reports

Oversee and execute administrative logistics for sales and equipment rentals, coordinating delivery schedules, dispatch, returns, and inventory tracking to ensure flawless, on-time client execution. You'll help solve for roadblocks and create processes that simplify and accelerate our vision

Provide proactive, high-level administrative assistance to the Founders, including scheduling support, document preparation, action tracking, and general operational coordination and enablement

Conceptualize, produce, and schedule engaging visual and written content across social media channels to showcase operations, highlight rental deployments, and celebrate team wins

Maintain accurate records across CRM and inventory tools to ensure team-wide visibility, reporting accuracy, and continuous process alignment

About you

Experience in sales administration in a technical environment, customer service, bookings, office coordination, account support or a similar role. Thinking differently, you could also be an electrician ready to move into a product sales role.

Confident using a range of software platforms including CRM, booking system, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, some exposure to AI and learning new software

High-grade verbal and written communication with natural warmth

Problem-solving mindset, not often phased by challenges and with high attention to operational detail

Current driver's licence. The confidence and ability to safely tow a trailer would be beneficial but is not essential. We can teach you.

Practical experience with LinkedIn and other business social channels
