The Opportunity

The Intake Case Manager plays a key role in welcoming clients into South Pacific Private. This position responds to enquiry calls, conducts clinical phone assessments for admission, and provides compassionate support to clients and families throughout the pre-admission process.

The role requires mental health assessment capabilities, excellent listening and communication skills, and sound skilled and personal values. You will be working as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team in a client‑centred environment.

This position is available part-time 4 days per week.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

- Recognised mental health or clinical qualification (e.g. Psychology, Counselling), or currently undertaking study in the field, or relevant past work experience
- Strong administration and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills




- Genuine interest in mental health, trauma‑informed treatment, addiction, and family systems
- NSW National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Highly Regarded:

- Previous experience in a mental health or related setting
