You will be responsible for managing and independently running the operations of a busy site, dedicated to delivering defect-free results, ensuring that trades meet quality, timelines and OH&S; objective.

Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes
- Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process
- Partner with your Construction Manager and go through each of your jobs on your Clickhomes and be supportive to you
- Maximising site production by ensuring sub contract trade availability
- Scheduling and meeting trades on site
- Proactively resolving build issues, liaising with your customers
- Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices
- Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount
- Ensure build qualities are to the highest standard; and
- Hand over your customer's keys and settlement pack. No better feeling.

The successful candidate will have:

- MUST HAVE experience as a Site Manager with the residential building industry
- Must have experience in doing frame write ups and know how to schedule materials and trades hitting site
- Solid knowledge of residential construction processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated project management and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of OH&S; regulations and quality assurance systems
- The ability to build trusted relationships with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Experience managing client expectations and resolving issues professionally
- Knowledge of new home contracts and construction documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes; and
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
