Job Description

Hume City Council is seeking a permanent full time Team Leader to oversee Community Support Services, including Property Maintenance, Social Support, Community Transport and Senior Citizens Centres. You'll lead staff, manage contractors and contribute to planning and budget processes.

In this role you'll recruit and develop the team, supervise staff, ensure services meet client needs, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes for the community.
