We’re growing our Strathpine team and looking for friendly, confident people who enjoy talking with others and want to develop their communication skills in a supportive workplace.

No previous experience is required. Whether you’re coming from retail, hospitality, administration, customer service or looking for a fresh start, we’ll provide the training and ongoing support you need to learn the role.

About The Role

This is a phone-based customer engagement role where you’ll speak with existing supporters and have positive, skilled conversations.

You’ll receive structured training and ongoing coaching while developing valuable skills in communication, customer engagement and relationship building.





Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Speaking with existing supporters over the phone

- Having positive and professional conversations

- Building rapport and strong customer relationships

- Discussing ongoing support opportunities

- Following established systems and processes

- Working towards individual and team goals

- Maintaining accurate customer information

- Participating in ongoing coaching and training

- Working alongside a supportive team

Who We’re Looking For

Previous experience isn’t essential.

This role could suit someone coming from:

- Retail

- Hospitality

- Customer service

- Administration

- Sales

- Phone-based customer roles

- A different industry and looking for a fresh start

Location & Hours

Location: Strathpine, QLD

Monday–Thursday: 10:00am–7:00pm

Alternate Fridays: 10:00am–6:15pm

With a 9-day fortnight, you’ll have every second Friday off.

Train station nearby and onsite parking available.
