We are seeking a passionate and experienced Florist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a creative eye for design, excellent customer service skills, and a solid knowledge of fresh flowers and floral arrangements. This role involves creating beautiful floral designs for all occasions, maintaining high presentation standards, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and create fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, and bespoke pieces for all occasions.

- Consult with customers to understand their floral needs and provide professional advice and recommendations.

- Prepare accurate quotes for custom floral arrangements, weddings, events, corporate functions, and sympathy tributes.
n
- Process and manage in-store, phone, and online orders.
n
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
n
- Prepare, process, and care for fresh flowers and plants to ensure quality and longevity.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised,



and visually appealing workspace and store presentation.
n
- Receive and manage stock deliveries, including flower conditioning and inventory control.
n
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production requirements and customer expectations.

- Assist with merchandising, displays, and seasonal promotions.

Skill & Experience

- Previous experience working as a florist in a retail or studio environment.
n
- Strong floral design skills with creativity and attention to detail.
n
- Excellent knowledge of flowers, foliage, and flower care techniques.
n
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Flexibility to work weekends and during busy seasonal periods.
n
- A genuine passion for floristry and creating memorable customer experiences.
