The Role

n

This full time role will incorporate the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties (retail, office & industrial) in Melbourne's suburbs. Duties will include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail and industrial spaces
n
- Proactively liaising with tenants to address queries, resolve issues and ensure contractual obligations are met
n
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs whilst complying with relevant regulations
n
- Managing rent collections, arrears, and service charge reconciliations
n
- Preparing financial reports and budgets for clients
n




- Identifying opportunities to optimise property performance and maximise returns for clients
n
- Representing the agency professionally in dealings with tenants, contractors and other stakeholders
n

What You'll Need

n

In order to succeed in this role, you will require the following:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial property management, ideally within a real estate agency or property services setting
n
- A professional, commercial mindset with experience in or understanding of end to end commercial portfolio management
n
- Strong capability across commercial leasing, property management operations, and financial management
n
- Well developed knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including intermediate to advanced understanding of the RLA
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build positive relationships with owners, tenants and contractors
n
- Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office applications
n
- Prior knowledge of CIRRUS8 would be beneficial, but is not essential
n
