Mind Australia is seeking a resourceful Psychosocial Disability Support Worker to join the Housing with Support team in Sunbury on a permanent part time basis (22.8 hours per week). In this role, you will deliver personalised support and work with participants to achieve recovery goals through one-to-one support, group activities and workshops.
