Gumbuya World is seeking a hands-on Water Park Aquatics Supervisor to lead our Waterpark and attractions operation, delivering protected, memorable experiences for guests. You will supervise Lifeguards and Attendants, coordinate rosters and incident reporting, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with Guest Services, Hospitality, Wildlife, Rides and Maintenance to run peak-season operations.
This role requires weekend and holiday availability and a proactive, team-first approach.
