SACHA DRAKE is an established premium Australian womenswear label with two Brisbane boutiques, a thriving online store and partnerships with THE ICONIC, David Jones, Wolf & Badger and retailers nationwide.

We’re looking for a confident fashion sales professional who builds rapport easily, delivers exceptional service and knows how to turn a customer enquiry into a sale.

About the role

Based in our front office at Woolloongabba and reporting to the Marketing & eCommerce Manager, you will be our main customer service representative and the first point of contact for SACHA DRAKE.

You’ll manage customer enquiries across phone, email and online chat, helping customers choose the right styles, answering questions and confidently guiding them through their purchase.

Front-office and reception duties are a core part of this position, including answering incoming calls, greeting visitors and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member.

This is a hands-on role with weekly and monthly sales targets. Your primary focus will be customer service and sales, with supporting responsibilities across eCommerce and product administration.

Customer service, sales & reception

- Take ownership of day-to-day customer enquiries across phone, email and online chat, providing prompt, professional and personalised service.
- Answer incoming Head Office calls, greet visitors and manage general reception enquiries.
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs, actively identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into purchases.
- Use your fashion knowledge to advise on fit, sizing, styling and suitable alternatives.
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns,



exchanges and website enquiries.
- Manage enquiries through Gorgias, keeping accurate records and following through to resolution.
- Process daily online returns and exchanges.
- Follow up Back in Stock requests, outstanding enquiries and sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the Warehouse, boutiques and Head Office team to resolve customer issues and deliver a seamless experience.

eCommerce & administration support

- Provide backup to the eCommerce team with Shopify basic website changes.
- Assist with promotions, product launches and online product presentation as required.
- Help keep product information, pricing and stock details accurate.
- Assist with marketplace orders, returns and product updates when needed.
- Support general Head Office administration and other reasonable duties as directed.

About you

You’re a capable, proactive salesperson who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in getting the details right. You’re comfortable picking up the phone, recommending a style and following up to secure a sale.

You will bring:

- Strong fashion retail sales experience, with a proven record of achieving targets and KPIs.
- A natural ability to build relationships and convert customer enquiries into sales.
- Confidence advising customers on clothing, fit and styling.
- Excellent phone manner and clear, professional written communication.
- Strong organisation, accuracy and follow-through.
- The ability to manage competing enquiries while remaining warm, composed and productive.
- A willingness to take ownership of customer service, reception and the daily tasks that keep the front office running smoothly.
- Experience with Gorgias and Indigo8 would be highly regarded.
