Senior Property Manager | Inner Suburbs | $80K-$85K + SUPER
n An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing Property Management team following the recent acquisition of an established rent roll.
n Managing approximately 150 properties across the Inner Suburbs, you'll be supported by dedicated routine inspection, entry and exit resources, allowing you to focus on delivering a high level of service across your portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Oversee the end-to-end property management processof approximately 150 properties
n




- Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Coordinate maintenance, compliance and tenancy matters
n
- Work closely with support staff across routine inspections, entries and exits
n
- Manage day-to-day portfolio requirements
n
- Ensure properties are maintained and managed to a high standard
n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
n

What We're Looking For:

- Experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager
n
- Strong understanding of end-to-end property management
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail
n
- Ability to manage a 150-property portfolio confidently
n
- Team-focused with the ability to work independently
n
- Current Agent Representative Certificate
n
