We're seeking an experienced Training Specialist to support a major Federal Government reform program delivering significant legislative, business process and technology change.

n

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys facilitating training, engaging diverse stakeholders, translating complex information into practical learning outcomes and supporting organisations through large-scale change.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Deliver instructor-led training, workshops and stakeholder briefings
n
- Facilitate both virtual and face-to-face learning sessions
n
- Develop and review training materials, guides and supporting content
n
- Work closely with business SMEs and project teams
n
- Explain new legislation, business processes and ICT systems to diverse audiences
n
- Support capability uplift and adoption activities
n




- Evaluate learning outcomes and identify continuous improvement opportunities
n

n

What we're looking for

n

- Experience delivering training, workshops or capability development programs
n
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
n
- Experience training users through business change, regulatory reform or system implementation initiatives
n
- Ability to simplify complex information for non-technical audiences
n
- Experience developing and reviewing learning content and training artefacts
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Federal Government experience
n
- Learning & Development, Adult Education or Organisational Development background
n
- Experience training on policy, regulatory, compliance or ICT transformation initiatives
n
- TAE, Adult Education or related qualifications
n
