We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager, who will lead the team at our successful North Lakes site. You must be able to provide an exceptional dining experience, every time. Plus, you will possess the skills to inspire your team to do the same!

About you:

- · You will need to fit in with our groupwide values of Connected, Aligned, Respectful, Engaging and Supportive.
- · Excellent personal presentation.
- · Proven experience of managing a high-volume restaurant.
- · Experience in large volume, a la Carte, full table service environment.
- · Ability to guide and mentor your team with your leadership skills.
- · Robust attention to detail




- · Experience in training existing and new staff.
- · Currently hold or willing to obtain an RSA, RSG, Police Check and Food Safety Certificate.
