The Talent Net
Brisbane
We’re a Brisbane-based, creator-led agency working with some of the world’s biggest fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food, health and beyond brands. We’re building what’s next in talent management, helping creators turn their influence into standout personal brands, long-term careers and partnerships that actually deliver.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to join us as an Influencer Talent Manager. You’ll build and own your own roster of creators, becoming their go-to person across personal brand strategy, career growth, brand partnerships and everything in between.
You’ll be pitching big ideas, negotiating exciting campaigns, building relationships with global brands and agencies, and helping your talent turn their creative potential into real commercial opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Director, this is a fast-paced, highly dynamic role where no two days look the same. You’ll have the autonomy to own your roster and make decisions confidently, backed by strong training, weekly 1:1s, proven processes and a team that genuinely has your back.
You’ll be working across campaigns with some of the biggest names in the industry, from L’Oréal and Louis Vuitton to MANGO, H&M;, NYX, Maybelline, and beyond.
If you’re passionate about social media, creators, marketing and culture, love building relationships and thrive when things move quickly, this is a chance to step into a role where you can make a real impact.
