Box Hill Institute is seeking a Reconnect Case Manager to support young people facing disadvantage. You’ll provide personalised, strengths-based case management and help students re-engage with education, training and employment pathways.
You will work with families and support services, delivering tailored plans, counselling and advocacy to foster independent, long-term success. The role is a full time fixed-term until 31 December 2027.
