Dovida is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our Scoresby team. You will coordinate caregiver rostering, manage daily scheduling, and liaise with clients and staff to ensure smooth service delivery in a full-time, on-site role.

Applicants should have experience in rostering or scheduling, preferably in aged care, and be proficient with MS Office and scheduling systems (e.g., AlayaCare). A calm, client-focused communicator will thrive in this fast-paced setting.
