The Prospect

All Pest Solutions is growing across the Northern Rivers, and we're looking for an experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team.

We're ideally seeking a licensed and experienced technician who can hit the ground running and deliver outstanding service to our residential and commercial customers. However, we're also open to considering motivated individuals with a strong work ethic who are looking to start a long‑term career in the pest management industry.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conducting pest inspections, treatments, and preventative services
- Identifying pest issues and recommending effective solutions
- Building strong relationships with residential and commercial customers
- Managing daily appointments and service schedules
- Maintaining accurate service reports and compliance records
- Upholding high safety and professional standards at all times
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional value to customers

About You

Ideally, you'll have:

- Current Pest Management Licence (or be working towards one)




- Previous experience in pest control or a similar field service role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
