Northern Health is seeking a Consumer Lived Experience Manager to lead the Consumer Lived Experience workforce across Mental Health services. You will champion the consumer voice and ensure lived experience perspectives are embedded in design, delivery and evaluation of services.

Working with clinical and program leaders, you will drive workforce development, supervision, co-design initiatives and peer support, contributing to quality improvement and recruitment of Consumer Lived Experience
