About the Role

Our Employer Partner is known as the go-to landscape and garden care specialist. Acknowledged for their high-quality service and community focus, this is your chance to join a friendly, passionate crew that truly loves what they do, working across Western Sydney, North Shore, and Hills District

From day one, you'll be learning hands‑on with supportive professionals who are committed to helping you grow your skills and confidence in the industry.

What You'll Learn On the Job

- Planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and garden beds
- Mowing, edging, whipper‑snipping, and mulching
- Soil health, turf management & plant establishment programs
- Working across domestic, commercial & strata properties
- Garden project planning & costing
- Secure use of tools and machinery

What You Will Need

- A White Card (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- A love for the outdoors and physically active work
- Ability to obtain a national police clearance (we pay)
- A genuine interest in landscaping, gardening, and the green industry
- P driver's licence minimum and reliable transport





The Benefits
