As a Sales Consultant, you will receive prequalified leads for many of our prospective clients. You will take the time to understand their needs, explain our designs, planning and building process, and help them determine the most suitable design option for their property and budget.

Key responsibilities

- Responding to new sales enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Desktop assessment to review potential compliance and discuss cost estimate range
- Site visit to gather information and discuss Granny Flat location
- Meeting with prospective clients at our Corrimal Display Centre
- Explaining our granny flat designs, inclusions and building process
- Preparing and presenting proposals with inclusions, exclusions, programme and costs
- Following up prospective clients and maintaining strong relationships
- Sign agreements with clients, arrange deposit and handover to planning team
- Keeping accurate records of enquiries, appointments and sales activity in company system
- Working closely with our planning, estimating and construction teams

About you

- Has previous sales experience, preferably within residential building, property, real estate or a related industry
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Can listen carefully and recommend solutions based on each client's needs




- Is organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is comfortable working with quotations, plans and property information
- Is confident using email, Microsoft Office and customer management systems
- Can work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Holds a current Australian driver's licence
