Reporting to the General Manager, Performance & Insights, you'll lead our FP&A; team and help build the next generation of Performance & Insights at PetSure. Alongside delivering critical planning, forecasting and reporting outcomes, you'll redesign how the function works through intelligent automation, advanced analytics, modern performance management and AI-enabled decision support.

What You'll Do

n

- Lead and continually reinvent budgeting, forecasting,



management reporting and financial modelling.
n
- Partner with senior leaders to embed insight-led challenge and strengthen strategic and commercial decision‐making.
n
- Deliver forward‐looking performance insights, dynamic scenario modelling and decision‐ready business case analysis.
n
- Shape explicit, compelling and decision‐relevant Executive and Board reporting.
n
- Lead and elevate FP&A; business partnering, building a high‐performing and commercially influential team.
n
- Redesign planning, forecasting and reporting processes, systems and data for greater speed, scalability, control and predictive value.
n
- Build an AI‐enabled FP&A; capability using intelligent workflows, automation and advanced analytics to reduce manual effort and accelerate insight.
n
- Help define and deliver the future‐state Performance & Insights operating capability.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Deep FP&A;, commercial finance, strategy or performance management experience, with a record of leading meaningful improvement.
n
- Strong financial modelling, integrated planning and forecasting capability, including the ability to translate complex data into practical action.
n




- Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders, combining trusted relationships with constructive, insight‐led challenge.
n
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
n
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for turning financial and operational data into forward‐looking, decision‐ready insights.
n
- A transformation mindset and practical experience or strong interest in automation, advanced analytics, modern planning platforms and AI‐enabled decision support.
