As a Casual Supervisor, you'll support the venue management team with day-to-day operations, lead the team during shifts and ensure our customers receive excellent service. You don't need to be a golf expert, but you must enjoy working with people and be confident taking responsibility in a quick-paced hospitality and entertainment environment. Evening and weekend availability, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays, is essential.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising and supporting team members during shifts
- Delivering consistently high standards of customer service
- Assisting with functions, events and group bookings
- Overseeing bar, food and general venue operations
- Opening and closing the venue when required
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Ensuring company policies, safety procedures and RSA requirements are followed
- Supporting venue management with training, presentation and daily operational tasks

About you





- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment or customer service
- Food and beverage experience
- Experience supporting functions and events is highly regarded
- Current NSW RSA certificate
- Confident leading and motivating a team
- Friendly, outgoing and customer-focused
- Reliable, organised and able to take initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to remain calm and make sound decisions in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, develop and take on additional responsibility
