Rize Therapy in Victoria is seeking a hands-on administrator to manage client enquiries, sales, scheduling and administration. You’ll be the first point of contact for families, creating a positive introduction and guiding them through services and next steps.
In this full time, office-based role in Werribee, you’ll respond to inquiries via phone and email, convert leads into bookings, coordinate clinician calendars, process referrals and help with invoicing.
