The role

As lead agent, you'll build and run your own residential sales business under the Whaites + Co. name. You'll prospect, appraise, list, manage vendors, negotiate and sell — but more than that, you'll be the person your clients trust with one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make.

We'll back you with real support: in-house systems, marketing, and a team that actually collaborates rather than competes. Your job is to focus where you create the most value — relationships, advice, business development, negotiation and results — while we handle the rest.
