What you’ll be doing

This role combines front‑of‑house administration with customer service and sales support. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations at the front desk while assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases. We’re looking for someone who delivers excellent service, stays organised, and supports the team in maintaining a qualified and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Manage front‑end admin tasks including phone enquiries, bookings, and customer follow‑ups
- Assist customers with product information and sales
- Process sales accurately through the POS system
- Maintain front‑of‑store presentation and merchandising




- Handle customer orders, quotes, and after‑sales enquiries
- Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Participate in team meetings and product training
- Assist with stocktakes and general store duties as required
