Our client is a highly regarded Eastern Beaches agency is looking for a driven Sales Associate to join a close-knit team where training, progression and internal growth are genuinely part of the culture.

You won’t be buried in admin for the next three years.

You’ll be working alongside experienced agents, learning how to prospect, win business, manage buyers, run campaigns and build the skills you’ll eventually need to step into your own sales career.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is a hands-on sales role, so expect to be involved in:

- Prospecting and building relationships with local owners
- Buyer follow-up and database management
- Attending open homes, inspections and auctions
- Supporting appraisals and listing presentations
- Following up vendors and prospective clients
- Assisting across live sales campaigns
- Learning how strong agents structure their week, pipeline and conversations
- Building your own confidence, market knowledge and sales ability

WHO WILL DO WELL HERE

You do not need years of experience.

Around six months in real estate would be ideal, but they are equally open to someone newer who has the right attitude and knows they want a career in sales.

You’ll suit this team if you are:

- Naturally confident and good with people
- Hungry to learn and progress
- Comfortable picking up the phone




- Competitive in a healthy way
- Organised and reliable
- Coachable
- Full of energy
- Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions
- Genuinely excited by property, sales and building a career in real estate

You’ll need:

- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A valid driver’s licence
- Your own reliable car
