My client is a well-established, property investment specialist that has been successfully operating for over 10 years, managing a diverse rent roll of approximately 700 properties.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an enthusiastic Property Management Support professional to join their growing team and provide support across the Sunshine Coast.

This Is Not Your Typical Property Management Role:

n





My client is looking for someone with a genuine can-do attitude who is willing to give things a go, learn and get stuck in. You may already have Real Estate experience and be looking for a lower-stress, supportive environment, or you may be newer to the industry and keen to build your skills and gain valuable hands-on experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, hands-on and practical;

n

n
- Working directly 1-1 with the Director
n
- Assisting with out-of-office Property Management tasks
n
- Meeting photographers, builders, trades, furniture installers and other contractors onsite
n
- Conducting some of the open homes
n
- Conducting some of the entry, exit and routine inspections and preparing reports
n
- Liaising with tenants, trades and contractors
n
- Attending properties and coordinating maintenance and repairs
n
- Helping with property preparation and presentation when required - including being happy to pick up a broom or pool cleaner when needed!
n
- Assisting the wider team with general Property Management team
n

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:

- Previous Real Estate experience
n
- Holds a QLD Certificate of Registration
n
- Positive, upbeat and genuinely enjoys working in Real Estate
n
- Proactive, reliable and willing to pitch in wherever needed
n
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team
n
- Looking to build a long-term career in Property Management
