About the role

We are recruiting a fit, reliable, well-presented Electrical Appliance Installers / Domestic Maintenance Electricians to join our new appliance installation and domestic operational team.

This role suits a licensed electrician with strong practical skills, domestic maintenance experience, and the ability to work independently while delivering professional services to home owners, tenants, and property and building managers.



Split system AC license is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Based in Northern Gold Coast (Nerang) - The position involves domestic electrical maintenance and appliance installation work across Gold Coast, Tweed, Beaudesert, Logan, Ipswich, Redland, Sunshine Coast and Greater Brisbane regions
- Attending urgent, scheduled and emergent maintenance and appliance installation requests
- Contributing to assist in the development of our professional Cyclic Maintenance Program
- Stock collection and load management
- Reading and interpreting Smartbiz job sheets on tablet
- Maintaining vehicle, tools, and safety compliance
- Following daily schedules, attending to risk assessments and job sheets accurately on tablet

Skills & Experience

- Current QLD Electrical Work License
- Practical handyperson skills with proficiency in hand‑tools for bench‑top or cabinet‑access alterations when required.
- Split system AC license an advantage
- Fit, strong and capable of intelligent manual handling
- Clean, calm, professional yet cheerful presentation
- Excellent communication skills with tenants, home owners, property managers & co-workers
- Ability to follow job sheets and daily schedules on tablet
