Associate Dentist | Multiple Practices in Central Adelaide | Variety & Flexibility | 40% Commission

Are you an experienced Dentist looking for variety and flexibility while maintaining the stability of a permanent role?

National Dental Care is looking for a Permanent Associate Dentist to join our Adelaide team, supporting established practices across central Adelaide. You’ll work across 1–2 practices as your regular weekly locations, giving you variety in your working week while still allowing you to build strong relationships with patients and practice teams.

For the right candidate, visa sponsorship may also be available.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Provide high-quality general dentistry across established Adelaide practices
- Build continuity with patients across your regular practice locations
- Work alongside experienced clinicians and supportive practice teams
- Adapt to different patient needs and clinical environments
- Maintain high clinical standards across each practice
- Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing education and exposure to different practices

About you

We’re looking for a Dentist who:

- Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience practising as a Dentist in Australia
- Holds current unconditional AHPRA registration
- Holds current skilled indemnity insurance




- Has strong clinical skills and a patient-focused approach
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Enjoys working across different practices and collaborating with different teams
- Is committed to delivering high standards of clinical care and patient service
