Production Worker – Manufacturing Team - Wetherill Park

$40/hr flat rate — inclusive of all hours worked | Full-Time
We're on the hunt for reliable, hardworking Production Workers to join a busy and growing manufacturing team! This hands-on role involves assisting with production, assembly, quality checking, and preparing products — all while keeping safety and quality front and centre. ✅

️ Key Responsibilities:

- ⚙️ Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Assemble products and components to specification
- Conduct quality inspections and identify defects
- Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for dispatch
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- ⏱️ Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Assist with general factory and manufacturing duties as required

✅ Skills & Experience:





- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
- ⏰ Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Forklift licence Essential
