Contract Administrator – Short-Term Contract | ASAP Start Contract Administrator | Up to 6 Weeks | Immediate Start
We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established building contractor on a short-term contract of up to 6 weeks.
This is an ideal chance for a CA who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support to the project team while the builder completes the recruitment process for a permanent Contract Administrator.
The Role

- Short-term contract of up to 6 weeks
- ASAP start required
- Support the project team with day-to-day commercial and contractual duties
- Assist with variations, subcontractor management, claims and procurement
- Help keep commercial administration on track during the transition to a permanent CA
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider commercial team

What We're Looking For




- Previous experience working as a Contract Administrator with a building contractor
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- JobPac experience is essential
- Procore experience is essential
- Ability to step into a project and become productive quickly
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Available to start ASAP
