Silver Search is proud to be partnering with an established Reconstructive Surgeon who is expanding their specialist Surgical Centre and seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead its strategic, commercial and operational development.
This is an exciting opportunity for a leader to work directly with the practice owners, shape the future of a growing Centre and build the systems, team and culture required to support a multi-provider model.

About the Role
As the most senior operational and commercial leader, you will be responsible for driving growth, financial performance, operational excellence and an exceptional patient experience.
You will play a key role in expanding the Centre's provider base, developing scalable systems and leading the team through an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
This role offers the opportunity to have genuine strategic influence while remaining closely connected to the operational delivery of a specialist medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic and commercial planning in partnership with the practice owners.
- Oversee budgets, pricing, financial performance and business reporting.
- Develop and execute the Centre's growth strategy, including onboarding new surgeons, specialists and professional providers.
- Build governance, compliance, HR and organisational frameworks to support continued growth.
- Develop integrated service models supporting patients throughout their journey, from referral and diagnosis through surgery, recovery and ongoing care.
- Lead technology, systems and process improvements to support a growing multi-provider Centre.
- Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of respect, professionalism, accountability and collaboration.
- Manage key relationships with clinicians, hospitals, qualified advisors and strategic partners.




- Lead major projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement across the Centre.

About You
We are seeking a leader with strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to lead in a growing environment.

You will ideally have

- Extensive experience managing and growing a medical practice, preferably with multiple providers or specialists.
- Experience managing a surgical practice, ideally within plastic and reconstructive surgery, breast reconstruction or a related specialty.
- A proven track record in business growth, strategic planning and commercial management.
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting and reporting.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing teams, HR frameworks, systems and organisational structures.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and implement change.
- A highly organised, proactive and commercially minded approach.
- The ability to work autonomously and confidently manage both strategic priorities and operational detail.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations as required.
