With continued growth and a strong operational footprint in Western Sydney, we are seeking an experienced Transport Allocator to join our client's busy team in Western Sydney.

This role offers a fast-paced environment where you will play a key part in ensuring daily transport operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will coordinate and oversee daily fleet and transport activities to meet delivery schedules and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor daily fleet movements across Sydney and regional areas
- Allocate freight and coordinate driver runs
- Manage driver schedules in line with fatigue management regulations
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
- Communicate clearly with drivers to support operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate transport and fleet reporting
- Support daily operations to meet customer delivery expectations
- Liaise with warehouse teams and internal stakeholders

About You:

- Experience managing or coordinating fleets
- Solid knowledge of CoR and Fatigue Management regulations




- Familiarity with Sydney metro routes and transport networks
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- A proactive and reliable work ethic
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
