They are continuing to grow their Physiotherapy team across Sydney and are looking for a Physiotherapist to support clients around Parramatta and surrounding regions.

This is a great prospect for a Physio who enjoys aged care, wants flexibility in how they structure their week and is looking for an organisation where performance isn't reduced to a spreadsheet of billable hours.

Around 75% of the caseload is aged care, with the remaining work primarily NDIS. If aged care is your preference, there is scope to build your caseload heavily around this rather than being forced into a particular client mix.

Salary & Incentives

- $40–$50 per hour + super, depending on experience

About You
You'll be an AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist who enjoys building strong relationships with clients and delivering practical, outcomes-focused care.
Experience in aged care, community Physiotherapy or NDIS would be highly regarded.
