We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for Emergency Department (ED) Experience and ED Triage In-Charge roles across multiple rural hospitals and Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) sites across NSW Locations (Rural & Remote Locations)

These roles require confident, autonomous clinicians who can lead shifts, manage triage, and provide high-level emergency care in rural and remote settings.

Role Overview

- ED Experience RN – In Charge (ALS Required)
- ED Triage RN – In Charge (ALS Required)

These positions require nurses who are comfortable working as the senior clinician on shift, often independently managing both emergency presentations and inpatient care in rural hospital settings.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 24 months recent Emergency Department experience
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum Advanced Life Support (ALS Level 2 or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience working in charge of ED or hospital shifts
- Strong and current triage experience




- Confidence in acute emergency assessment, escalation, and clinical decision-making
- Experience working in rural or remote healthcare settings (preferred)
