$160k + Super + Vehicle (neg. based on experience)

Are you a seasoned Site Manager with a strong background in commercial construction? We're working with a reputable commercial builder who has a strong pipeline of work across Commercial, Retail, and Industrial projects—and they're looking to bring on a Commercial Site Manager to help lead a key build from the ground up.

Project Types:

- Retail builds
- Tilt-up warehouses/Industrial builds
- Commercial refurbishments

Your Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate all site activity
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Monitor WHS compliance and site safety
- Maintain project schedule and quality standards
- Liaise with project teams and stakeholders

About You:

- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on commercial builds
- Proven ability to run sites $5M–$40M




- Strong knowledge of local codes, safety, and construction methodology
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- White Card + current driver’s license
- Tilt panel experience highly regarded
