ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team at our Moorabbin Head Office.

Working alongside a team of seasoned TA professionals who will support your career development, this hands-on recruitment role will see you play a critical role in ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional care to our clients. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager and business leaders to manage recruitment activities from advertising and sourcing through to selection, compliance and onboarding.

If you enjoy connecting with people, identifying great talent and keeping recruitment processes moving, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of vacancies relating to our carer workforce (personal carers, disability services workers, nurses and domestic assistants).
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising, ad response, phone screening, booking 1:1 interviews, facilitating group interviews, and managing new starter compliance.
- Building and maintaining talent pools and contributing to candidate pipeline strategies.
- Maintaining relationships with external talent and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and working to achieve monthly KPI metrics.




- Contributing to talent acquisition projects relating to continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU
This is a great role for you if you already have experience working in a high-volume agency or in-house recruitment position and you’re ready to broaden your experience in a role that connects strongly to a purpose.

You enjoy a quick-paced role and take pride in delivering a great candidate and stakeholder experience. You’re both responsive and proactive, highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities, and enjoy taking ownership of your own work.

You will also have:

- Strong candidate screening and selection skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence engaging with and advising hiring managers
- The ability to work both in a team and autonomously
- An empathetic nature where you can put yourself in the shoes of others
- A commitment to quality service and continuous improvement

Experience gained in the home care, aged care or disability services industry is ideal but not essential.
