We’re seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer with a solid background in superannuation operations to support continuous improvement across member services, claims, administration and processing functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys problem‑solving and takes pride in lifting service standards.

About the Role You will play a key part in ensuring high‑quality outcomes for members by reviewing work completed across operational teams, identifying errors or gaps, and providing clear feedback to drive improvement. This role works closely with Team Leaders, Coaches and Operations Managers to strengthen processes and support compliance with fund policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks across member services, claims, contributions, and general administration
- Identify trends, errors and process gaps, and provide actionable feedback
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with updating procedures




- Work collaboratively with leaders to enhance training and coaching outcomes
- Ensure work meets regulatory, service level and internal quality standards
- Prepare reports and insights to support operational performance

About You

- Strong experience in superannuation operations (member services, claims, admin, or similar)
- High attention to detail and confidence reviewing complex work
- Clear communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Understanding of compliance, risk and regulatory obligations within superannuation
- A proactive mindset and commitment to improving member outcomes
