We’re partnering with a globally recognised leader in Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances to find a customer-focused superstar to join their team in Scoresby.

About the role:
You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team providing inbound customer service across warranty and order enquiries.
No two customers are the same, so you’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to understand what they need, provide the right solutions and leave them feeling looked after.

Monday–Friday | Rotating roster | 8:30am–7:00pm
37.5 hours per week | Occasional Saturdays with penalty rates

What You'll Be Doing:

- Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with warranty and order enquiries
- Manage customer returns and credit requests
- Keep customers updated and informed




- Find practical solutions that meet customer needs

About You:
You’re someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.

- Previous call centre or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, proactive approach
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- The ability to multitask and stay organised
- Intermediate computer skills
