About the Role

Join a specialist engineering and asset environment supporting the set-up and improvement of tunnel asset data and maintenance plans in SAP S/4HANA.

You will work with existing engineering and maintenance data to improve asset structures, maintenance plans and work orders, making information more accurate and practical for operational teams.

- Position: Engineer
- Rate Range: $800-$1,000 per day plus superannuation
- Location: Tweed Heads, NSW
- Expected Duration: ASAP - 6 January 2027
- Anticipated Hours: Up to 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

The underlying position requires engineering capability across infrastructure maintenance, asset management, project delivery, safety and information management.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and refine tunnel asset data within SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop asset hierarchies, equipment records and functional locations.




- Create and improve preventative maintenance plans and work orders.
- Cleanse, validate and reconcile engineering and maintenance data.
- Identify asset-data gaps, duplication and inconsistencies.
- Translate engineering requirements into practical CMMS structures.
- Support SAP data migration, testing and quality assurance.
- Improve maintenance scheduling, workflows and system usability.
- Maintain asset documentation, data governance and change controls.
- Analyse maintenance information to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with engineering, maintenance, operations and technical stakeholders.
- Apply WHS, environmental, quality and engineering risk requirements.

About You

- Four-year Electrical, Civil or related Engineering degree, or recognised equivalent.
- Strong CMMS or enterprise asset management system experience.
- SAP experience preferred, particularly SAP S/4HANA or SAP PM/EAM.
- Experience with maintenance plans, work orders and asset master data.
- Understanding of functional locations, equipment and maintenance structures.
- Experience cleansing, validating or migrating asset data.
- Strong Excel and data analysis capability.
- Preventative maintenance and asset lifecycle knowledge.
- Tunnel, transport, roads, utilities or asset-intensive industry experience desirable.
- Strong stakeholder, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- Valid Australian working rights required with no sponsorship available. (Australian Citizen,



Permanent Resident or suitable long-term Australian visa required)
- Able to complete two employment reference checks, and a police check.
