Your new organisation is one of Victoria's most established precast concrete manufacturers, operating from multiple sites across the state with one of the most comprehensive product ranges in the industry.
This is an opportunity for hands-on production workers to join a busy manufacturing team, with scope for candidates from either a general precast/concrete background or urban street furniture manufacturing.

About the role:

- Day shift: 6:00am start
- Outstanding culture, close-knit team
- Temp to perm role
- Full training provided
- Weekly pay

Duties include but not limited to:

- Shovelling and placing concrete into moulds as part of the production process
- Manufacturing precast concrete products including street/urban furniture items
- Demoulding large precast products once cured




- Stacking and moving finished products in preparation for dispatch
- Working with hand tools to prepare, adjust, and finish moulds and products
- General labouring duties across the production floor

To be considered for this role:

- Must be physically fit and capable of manual labour, including lifting, shovelling, and stacking
- Experience in urban furniture manufacturing (including demoulding large precast products) highly regarded
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential
- Confidence using hand tools well regarded
- Must hold a current driver's licence
