Day & Afternoon Shifts | Ongoing Work | Great Rates

Are you an experienced Machine Operator or Production Operator looking for stable work with great hours and competitive rates?

We're recruiting reliable, hands-on operators to join an established manufacturing team. If you've worked in production, manufacturing, process work or machine operation and hold a current forklift licence, we'd like to hear from you.

Day Shift – $33.88 per hour + super
Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am–12:30pm

Afternoon Shift – $38.96 per hour + super
Monday–Thursday: 2:30pm–11:00pm
Friday: 2:30pm–9:00pm

The role
This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll work across production and warehouse activities, including:

- Operating production, mixing and batching machinery
- Preparing, measuring and handling raw materials
- Following production schedules and work instructions
- Forklift operation and movement of materials
- Picking, packing and preparing finished goods




- Completing basic quality checks and production documentation
- General cleaning and housekeeping
- Working safely and following WHS procedures

What we're looking for You don't need to have worked specifically as a Batcher or Mixer before.

We're interested in hearing from people with experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Process Worker, Manufacturing Operator or similar who are comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing workplace.

You'll need:

- Current forklift licence
- Previous machine operation, production or manufacturing experience
- Confidence working in a physical, hands-on role
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Good safety awareness
- Ability to follow procedures and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
