We are seeking a People & Culture Officer to join our clients Launceston-based team.
You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, learning and development, and HR administration.
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience in Human Resources or People & Culture
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
