Work from home | Full-time or part time | Local travel

We’re looking for a Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing Tasmanian team in Launceston.

And you’ll be joining a pretty impressive group.

Transform Life was recently named Therapy Service of the Year at the 2026 Tasmanian Disability Awards, with most of our Tassie Behaviour Support team also nominated for Behaviour Support Practitioner of the Year.

For us, that recognition matters because it reflects the quality of the practitioners you’ll be working alongside, the impact they’re having with participants and the clinical culture we’ve built in Tasmania.

Be part of what we're building We’re also continuing to build our Complex Care service, bringing Behaviour Support and Psychology together to better support people with complex mental health needs, forensic and justice backgrounds, high-risk behaviours and service breakdown.

If that’s an area you’re interested in, there’s an opportunity to be part of shaping where we take it next.

What you'll get

- Work from home, with community travel kept local and manageable
- Full-time or part-time options with genuine flexibility around how you structure your week

- Structured onboarding and a gradual KPI build-up
- Weekly supervision and mentoring from Specialist-level Practitioners
- Dedicated Training & Development support
- Access to a national multidisciplinary team for case collaboration
- Laptop, mobile and travel allowance
- Leadership development and ongoing learning opportunities
- Competitive salary plus $70 for every additional billable hour above KPI

What we're looking for You’ll ideally have at least 12 months' experience as a Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner, with experience across disability, mental health, education, corrections or a related setting.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA or AASW membership are highly regarded.

Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who can work with autonomy, takes ownership of their work, stays connected in a remote team and knows when to reach out, collaborate and ask for support.

If you’d like to work alongside one of Tasmania’s most recognised disability teams — and help us build what comes next — click Apply or contact Sally on 0405 738 220 for a confidential chat.
