The Opportunity The successful Emergency Medicine Registrar will join an established and supportive Emergency Department, working alongside experienced medical specialists and a multidisciplinary team.
The position offers:

- Emergency Medicine Registrar-level practice
- Training within an ACEM-accredited Emergency Department
- Access to an established Workplace-Based Assessment (WBA) program
- Opportunities for eligible doctors to undertake WBA with potentially shorter waiting periods
- Broad exposure to Emergency Medicine presentations

Key Responsibilities

- Provide assessment and management of patients presenting to the Emergency Department
- Work collaboratively with Emergency Medicine specialists and senior medical staff
- Participate in clinical handover, teaching and departmental activities
- Manage a broad range of emergency presentations
- Contribute effectively to multidisciplinary patient care
- Participate in education and professional development activities
- Undertake Workplace-Based Assessment where eligible





About You We are seeking doctors with:

- Previous Emergency Medicine experience at Registrar level
- Current Australian visa with full working rights – essential
- Current AHPRA registration – highly preferred
- Robust clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing Emergency Medicine training and professional development
