We’re looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to join a growing team and play a key role in overseeing roofing operations across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with a strong roofing background who is ready to step into a supervisory or management position and take ownership of crews, subcontractors and day to day roofing operations.

About you:

- Strong experience within the roofing industry
- A roofing trade background is highly preferred
- Previous experience supervising crews or subcontractors
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple crews and sites
- A good understanding of roofing quality, defects and site requirements
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- The confidence to take ownership and make decisions on site




- The ability to work effectively with construction teams and subcontractors

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising roofing crews and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Coordinating roofing works and helping keep projects on schedule
- Conducting regular site inspections
- Assisting with quality control and defect management
- Ensuring works are completed to the required standards
- Supporting the construction team with day-to-day roofing requirements
- Managing multiple crews and projects at various stages
- Communicating with site teams, subcontractors and other key stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving issues as they arise
- Helping maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
