About the role

We’re looking for a Work Health, Safety & Training Coordinator to join our Morningside team.

This is a hands-on role supporting our people and operations across WHS, training, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with our National WHS Manager and site leadership to:

- Coordinate WHS inspections, audits and risk assessments

- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions

- Manage employee and contractor training and competency records

- Monitor training compliance and liaise with training providers

- Coordinate toolbox talks and safety training

- Maintain WHS systems, reporting and documentation

- Support emergency preparedness and safety initiatives





- Promote a positive and practical safety culture

About you

- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent

- 2–5 years’ experience in WHS, training or compliance

- Knowledge of Australian WHS legislation

- Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills

- Confidence working with people at all levels

- Experience with Microsoft Office and WHS systems

- Current Driver’s Licence

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122), First Aid, incident investigation experience, or experience in food manufacturing, seafood, logistics or warehousing will be highly regarded.
