Salary Range:- $75K - $85K

Our Client STOCKMAN'S MOTEL PTY LIMITED is seeking experienced cook to join the team. To be considered for the position you must have extensive experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities:

- preparing and cooking food
- examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
- regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
- seasoning food during cooking
- portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
- storing food in temperature controlled facilities
- preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
- may plan menus and estimate food requirements
- may train other kitchen staff and apprentices

Experience and Requirements:

- 2+ years experience
- Experience training, developing and mentoring kitchen teams
- Solid communication skills
- Willingness to lead and demonstrate passion cooking
