Imaging Associates is a progressive and premium provider of radiology services, owned and operated by a team of highly respected Radiologists.

With clinics located across Melbourne, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga, and more opening throughout the coming months, we are expanding our patient-facing team at our newly opened clinic in Doncaster.

We are currently seeking a Medical Imaging Receptionist to join us on our growth journey - a role that plays a vital part in shaping the first impression our patients receive and ensuring the smooth, compassionate experience Imaging Associates is known for.

About the Role

As a Medical Imaging Receptionist, you'll be the first smile our patients see and the first voice they hear.

Through your professionalism and genuine care, you'll help patients feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their visit.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on variety, and gains satisfaction from helping others. You'll be part of a team-oriented team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression of the clinic

- Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings

- Answer calls and respond to enquiries from patients and referrers

- Support patients through their clinic journey with empathy and professionalism

- Manage patient invoicing,



receipting and administration processes

- Contribute to the smooth workflow and operation of the clinic

About You

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You remain calm under pressure, communicate confidently, and enjoy building positive relationships with patients, colleagues and referrers alike. You'll bring:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Experience in a customer-facing environment (medical reception experience highly regarded)
